Some insurance companies spend so much time and money trying to stop fraud that in the end the effort doesn’t justify the expense. This is often due to the use of inflexible or single purpose databases for fraud modeling that add to the data silos problem, or from relying on slow, complex, batch operations. This session will review challenges with current techniques and introduce a faster, cheaper, and more agile method of building and using a fraud model with MarkLogic.
