Tax Analysts is an organization providing tax-related content from variety of sources, both internal and external, delivering value in the form of daily news, analysis and commentary to tax professionals around the world. In this short conversation with Michael Berkeley, CTO of Tax Analysts, we discover how their chosen partner – Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) – helped them to understand the nature of their business problems better, and then designed and implemented a new system to support 4.5 million loosely structured documents, automate link management and transform into structured content as part of their editorial process, thereby delivering that value more efficiently and effectively. CCC leveraged core MarkLogic services to provide a key element in this solution, notably the triple store, transformations and its capabilities to be an authoritative content store delivering value to Tax Analysts customers.
