Keynote speaker Donald Feinberg is a distinguished analyst and vice president of information architecture at Gartner. Bob Sutton, the second keynote speaker, is the international best-selling author of the book “The No A**hole Rule”; his latest best-seller is “Good Boss, Bad Boss: How to Be the Best… and Learn from the Worst.” Sutton is also a Professor of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University, and Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He studies and is an expert in innovation, leaders and bosses, evidence-based management, the links between knowledge and organizational action, and workplace civility.
