MarkLogic Executives Preview MarkLogic® 9 Database Amid Training, Best Practices, Networking with Peers, and More at Annual Gathering of Modern Data Innovators

San Carlos, Calif. – April 26, 2016 – MarkLogic Corporation, a leading operational and transactional Enterprise NoSQL database provider, is hosting a gathering of global data innovators consisting of MarkLogic experts, developers, customers and partners at MarkLogic World U.S. 2016 in San Francisco. Data experts continue to abandon relational databases in favor of new generation technologies like the MarkLogic ®database that can integrate data from silos without costly and time-consuming extract, transform and load (ETL) tools. Enterprises and organizations can then operationalize their data to create new revenue and market opportunities, improve time to production and manage risk.

At MarkLogic World U.S. 2016, attendees will receive a sneak peak of MarkLogic’s continued innovation with MarkLogic 9, as well as invaluable training, tutorials and more to help them meet and exceed their big data business goals. This year’s conference will feature sessions led by speakers from customers and partners like Aetna, ALM, Calpine, Chevron, IHS, KPMG, Mitchell 1, NBCU, and Warner Brothers discussing topics such as security, manageability, semantics, relational data, geospatial, search, compliance and cloud. MarkLogic World features hands-on workshops, technical breakouts, and keynotes discussing the latest breakthroughs in new generation database technology and business drivers that fuel them.

The MarkLogic database offers the unique combination of NoSQL agility and flexibility with enterprise-hardened features found in traditional relational databases like transactional consistency, security, recovery, high availability, and alerting, while also engineering search, semantics, and applications services into the platform’s architecture. MarkLogic is proving to be the ideal platform for integrating data from silos to develop next-generation applications on a 360-degree view of data.
