MarkLogic Named "Best Database" Winner for Third Year in a Row
SAN CARLOS, Calif. — May 31, 2011 — MarkLogic® Corporation, the company revolutionizing the way organizations leverage unstructured information, today announced that MarkLogic Server has been named the winner of a prestigious CODiE Award in the “Best Database Solution” category. This is the third year running that MarkLogic has been honored as a CODiE winner. In 2009 and 2010, MarkLogic Server won the “Best Database Management Solution” category. The winners of the Software & Information Industry Association’s (SIIA) 26th annual CODiE Awards were announced at a luncheon held last week in conjunction with the All About the Cloud conference in San Francisco.
One hundred thirty-one nominations from 98 companies were selected as awards finalists from among 395 total nominations. Nominated products underwent an intensive review by subject matter experts, analysts, journalists, and others with deep experience in the field.
